1 January 2023: Adobe Staff Super Plan opens to all new starters
1 March 2023: IOOF Employer Super accounts will be activated for existing Adobe staff, this includes those choosing Adobe plan for receipt of regular employer contributions or for purpose of holding default insurance.

How can I view my IOOF Employer Super account details online?
You’ll need your IOOF account number, which appears on the welcome letter you received when you joined IOOF.
If you have trouble locating your account number, call ClientFirst on 1800 913 118 or your IOOF Relationship Manager, Joshua Gaughan, on 02 9028 5931.
Super is one of your biggest investments and it’s important to remember that it could have a major effect on your family’s future in the event of your death. That's why it’s so important to ensure that you have nominated your desired beneficiaries.
IOOF offers great family benefits and this extends to IOOF Employer Super, where your spouse and immediate family members can enjoy the same benefits as you, including applying for insurance through their own IOOF Employer Super account.
This form is to be completed by you, an existing member of IOOF Employer Super, and the family member who wishes to become a member of IOOF Personal Super.
Before completing this form, the Trustee or your licensed financial adviser is obliged to give you the IOOF Personal Super Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) which is a summary of important information. The PDS will help you to understand the product and decide if it is appropriate to your needs. Family Members are eligible to receive the same fees and features that you already enjoy through your IOOF Employer Super account (please note: discounted fees don’t apply for MySuper members).
Eligibility: An immediate family member includes a spouse (whether of the same sex or a different sex), child, sibling or parent of an employer sponsored member.
